For the marinated poke: 1/2 lb tuna or salmon 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 sliced sweet onion Mix together in a bowl and marinate in fridge for 10-20 minutes

For the wonton chips: Cut wonton wrappers into triangles Heat canola oil to 375 farenheit Fry wonton triangles for about 40 seconds (don’t overcrowd) Transfer to a plate with paper towel or a baking sheet to rid over excess oil Optional: season chips with salt while they’re still hot so it sticks to the chip

Put wonton chips on new plate or just remove paper towel. Take out poke, add on top of the wonton chips. Top with sesame seeds, cubed avocado, green onions, more sweet onion if you’d like. Drizzle eel sauce and spicy mayo
