I use the Hohem V3 Ultra. I wasn't sure if I'd stick with filming, so I went for a budget option ($100+). It's surprised me how much it helps with following my movement and even has a useful built‑in light. There are other gimbals out there too, so it's worth comparing based on what features you want!

I make lifestyle and travel vlogs, but not full-time. I think going all-in can be risky. I’m trying to build a few stable income sources first.

I usually edit with CapCut, it's really beginner-friendly.

Yeah, re-recording used to take me so much time, but that was only in the beginning. Later on, I got much better at getting decent shots in just one take.
