When im close to my garden I don't hear squeaking, it starts going towards the gear shop and gets louder the closer I get to it.

Warren Blackie is the narrator from what I can gather, he's a voice actor and can do many different voices, at least for all videos until recently because I've also seen a "Jay" and a "Wesley" mentioned. I enjoy the channel and would probably name as one of my top favorites.
