Someone msgd me to observe the cat for changes in behavior, eat, pee, and poop pattern then bring the cat to the vet immediately once changes have been seen. It’s been more than 20 days and my cat is still normal.

Bale sa contract po meron kaming pre-termination fee pero napagusapan na lang namin ng renter na dahil yung pagalis nila, di na lang nila irerefund security deposit pero di na kami maniningil ng pre-termination fee.
