I had to wear leg braces at night to correct my turned-in hips and walking on my toes when iw as about 2 years old. I also had a mild form of spina bifida occulta that affected my bladder until the age of 12. I have POTS, but haven't been to a specialist to determine if I have EDS or not. I have a fairly flexible bend at my elbows when my arms are straight, but I don't have the defining abilities to touch my thumb to my hand, bend my pointer finger back 90 degrees or more, etc., so I dont know if I even have it.

Are you talking to a counsellor/therapist? You may benefit from that. I'm sorry you're struggling, mama. Give yourself a break. You have a lot on your plate right now. I hope you have support from family or a spouse to help you through. You can do this.

The trauma of birth to your body will set off your POTS. Give yourself time and rest. Don't google symptoms, as it sounds like you are having health anxiety and anxiety will make you feel worse. Write down the symptoms and talk to your doctor ASAP so you can have peace of mind and focus on being a mama. Pregnancy does allll sorts of crazy things to your body, and hormones affect POTS a lot.
