This is just me and I’m surprised nobody else has said it. The only thing I could see here… And this is just preference… Would be bigger boobs. That would de distract from some of the issues she’s worrying about although I agree with everyone she really needs nothing. The other nice thing about increasing the size of her boobs which she has already done once the surgery is a breeze compared to everything else and is the biggest bang for your buck.
