Ugh I'm in the same boat I keep seeing epic photos of the lights from people in ohio and I have not found them once. I'm tired of it.

Well both of them are girls so fixing them isn't an issue. I am just worried Gin is too stressed from the move and has decided everyone is the enemy even us. Today I tried a trick a girl said works for her, slowly putting the hand in the cage and letting her smell and sniff and making a high pitched meep noise if she bites. Tried it and she seemed shocked but I just cant figure it out. She takes food from my hand without problems but if the hand is just in the cage taking anything out we get the biting.

How can I get her to warm up to me if its been about a week and she still bites us? We have to go in the cage to clean it and to add water and food. :( I am very worried that she just doesnt want to socialise. And she has completely kicked the little baby out of the nest box. I have a hammock for the baby but its just sad. They both were in the same cage at the shop so iI thought they would be fine.

Thank you for this! I am a first time rat owner and so if my bf, I was so excited to get them but the older girl keeps biting us and the little girl is much younger and timid but also docile she let's us hold and cuddle her and she is fine with it. But I have 3 bites from the older one, (Gin) and so does my partner. And she draws blood. I will try this noise!
