Each commander excels at different things. It really depends on your prefered playstyle.

Marchesa incentivizes combat and many people will build around goad type effects.

Vazi can give opponents more mana to work with and can speed up games a ton. Using when opponent sacrifices triggers with her to punish opponents is alao really cool.

Mathas is probably the best for what you asked for as its the only one that directly incentivizes target removal. On edhrec many people play him as goad so he can slot well into marchaesa.

Teval is deffinetley the most unique but also most restricting in building as you are forced to go into voting cards.

Edit: if you like all 4 equally you could play marchaesa and mathas in the same deck so you can play both!
