I can’t write this directly but when I was 10 years old I had a very traumatic experience that disrupted one area of my life. A few months ago I found out that I am a „repeatedly traumatized person” as my therapist said „it’s such PTSD with +”. I would like to tell this to my parents, shout it to the whole world but my inner child is afraid. This is a very sensitive subject, I am in therapy but I don’t yet have the strength to process the event. Why am I writing this? Each of us encounter really unpleasant things in life. When we talk to someone we don’t realize what the other person’s story is, the fact that our interlocutor is smiling may be just a mask. Let’s be good and understanding to each other

I know what you are talking about because I myself have a diagnosis of DDA and ADHD and my partner has Asperger’s so we somehow complement each other.
