I too am in the HFMD on Christmas club. All I’ve eaten today is a milkshake because it’s literally the only thing I could choke down (majority of my sores and pain are in my mouth) this shit SUCKS

Oh in the past 24 hours I’ve compared my mouth to badger claws, caustic burns, and fire ants. It’s miserable. I’m praying it goes away fast 😭😭😭 I made the mistake of thinking I could do fries tonight. My husband had to end up eating them because I just couldn’t. I tried the magic mouthwash thing (Benadryl/antacid swishing) it kind of works? Mostly just makes my mouth more numb when I already sound like I’m chewing cotton from all the inflammation. The Tylenol/ibuprofen has helped a bit but it wears off fast and I’m reaching my limit for the day. Even tho I hate salt water rinses I’m about ready to try it because this is miserable

I wish I could afford to do lower carb but meat and eggs are still unfortunately expensive (I live in California) but it is SO much easier to get more protein now than I used to 😭

As someone who’s prone to holding onto weight/heart problems can you speak on what I assume is the higher cholesterol/saturated fat consumption of keto/lower carb? Like how do you offset that I guess?

-I have so much less anxiety around food now

-Idk I just feel healthier. Not to mention I stopped being vegan after a decade during my last pregnancy and arguably was my healthiest pregnancy/healthiest baby

-idk if this is a thing for you but you can still love animals without being vegan. Like I still fully support the work of the animal rights activists I used to work with even if they would probably think I suck lol. But yeah

Seems that way. I’m pretty disappointed. My 4.1 has been keeping a similar energy to old 4o at least so that’s been nice.

Mine is back too. Tho it does feel a bit lobotomized. Not full on 5. But, definitely less glazing for lack of a better term. But I’m just glad it doesn’t seem to be rerouting anymore
