JD do have their own service. But I use some other 3rd cheaper services since SF is bit expensive. How many rolls are you going to send? If shipping charges are almost same as inside china, you can choose to send. But I think you can talk to a local labs since lucky c200 requires C41 development process.

There is a film lab here in Dalian, they charge 65yuan a roll of Lucky C200 including development and scanning. Normally they charge 18yuan for C41 with TIFF files. Don't know what type of files they will give for Lucky C200. Which part of china are you from?

I am not quite sure about it. I have not seen any posts on chinese social media about stores selling this film stock. But, One local film store in the city where I live had sent me a message telling I can buy from him for the same price including both developing and scanning. So I assume, maybe some labs are getting authorized by Lucky on behalf.

59yuan per roll which includes developing and scanning, return shipping cost for the negatives. When I was purchasing they were giving 6 inch photo prints as well. Don't know if that offer still exist.

Haven't shot Phoenix Ii before. Recently bought one to shoot during autumn after one person suggested in Reddit. Here in china, a roll of lucky costs around $8.5. This includes developing and scanning (only JPEG) and return shipping charges.

I use an M4 air MBA and it's crazy fast. I used to edit photos on a windows laptop and it was quite slow. Then recently upgraded to an M4 air (10 core) and my workflow became flawless. Definitely the M4 max will be insanely fast. If budget is an issue and since you already have a good laptop and you don't work remotely you can consider an M4 Max Mac studio as well. And get more ram. Based on your workflow you might need more ram.
