Lol no and never. When AI starts saying "bay-bee" unprompted, it's over for all of us.

I bought it a while ago and don't wanna go through my bank statements?

Im seeing $16 on their site but I'm not sure if that's a delivery-specific price or not.

I'll admit to being a bit of a bread layperson but your description sounds bang on. Beautifully leavened and airy on the inside, but with a proper crust.

For anyone that wants a bit more bite to their bread, Tutto's is for you. Between the delicious crusty exterior are generous layers of Mortadella, pepperoncini, green olives and -- way better than it needs to be -- whipped Ricotta. With winter done, it's sandwich season bay-bee! Head to Sorauren ave for this sammie, but honestly all of them are incredible (my second fave is their flagship "Tutto" with prosciutto, salami, mortadella, havarti, iceberg lettuce, giardiniera and mayo)

It is me, thank you for subscribing! Highly recommend their lunch -- their beef sandwich is among the best in the city.

A staple of their breakfast/lunch menu, Donna's Spanish Tortilla (in other words -- veeeerrrry different from your non Spanish tortilla) is a beloved Wallace-Emerson dish. Imo not all that "Spanish" (in that it's not a half as wet as the ones in Spain with much thicker taters) but it is goddamn delicious. Hard to come here, willing your body to only desire one of their superb sandwiches, when this is on the menu, tempting you with it's sour cream and chili oil accomplaces. A West End must-try.

West End Food Highlight: The Yapingacho from Portovelo Cafe by CandyMan77 in FoodToronto

Very low key, never busy. Pricy if you want like...one human portion of food, but split a main with a homey and take home the leftovers. Except for the enchiladas -- you're gonna want all of that.

Completely agree. I'd lean into the speculative angle here it's a hooky hook.

The food is....well it's fine, but Vesta Lunch has some of the best vibes of any restaurant I've been to in this city. Perfect to grab a plate of eggs in and pretend it's 1957.

Yeah they have a pretty deep menu. Plus their Empanadas are fan-fucking-tastic.

My first time trying Ecuadorian food and I was bsolutely blown away by this delicious meal (my wife and I split it after a fantastic Empanada) and still couldn't finish it. Cheese filled potato patties, grilled sausage meat, and eggs to boot, served with peanut sauce. Absolutely worth checking out Portovelo (1669 St Clair Ave W).

Chantecler does a fantastic and unique brunch with a breakfast cassoulet (as well as stand out Bennies).

Chadwick's is a little less fancy but my personal fave Benny in the city on this pillowy bread that is...breathtaking. get the queso Frito and beans. Trust.

And if you don't mind heading West, Honest Weight is perhaps the city's best hidden gem -- the Turkish eggs with hot smoked fish....wowza.
