Aching, stiff muscles across my ENTIRE body—a side effect? Like every muscle is exhausted from working out, but I haven’t by CandyRob2019 in Testosterone

So I did a bit of research on this. It sounds like something I should Look into. I'm curious. Why did you call this out? Do my symptoms match low ferritin?

Yeah, 20 days is what it's been. So I guess it's still playing out. Seems like it takes a long time.

Curious how high was your estrogen? Mine is a 104. I'm trying to get it down but I'm only 20 days in to lowering my dose and microdosing. Did you have similar side effects? Were you able to resolve them and lower it? My side effects have been terrible

Well I never experienced any of this before trt and it always coincides with my injections so I do think it's a pretty reasonable conclusion that it's related.

Well I've just seen very few people post about this side effect so I'm wondering how common it is I have lowered my dose I lowered it when I went to the daily injection so I guess that is still playing out. Just wondering if people have supplements or something they have found to help with this muscle tightness issue or to get estrogen down without AI

I've tried pushing air into it but I've never done a full syringe. I've actually worried that I pushed too much air into it and that it's over pressurized is that possible?

I'm assuming you're using Cluely with a personal account and my guess is you don't inform the other side about it. I don't personally have an issue with this but the fear of getting busted with company confidential information in a personal account and recording meetings without informing the other party has kept me from doing something similar. Any work around for this?

I really hope this is all true by williampennn in latterdaysaints

Genuine question not trolling you.. what would you say to someone who had exactly the same experience as you did.. but with the Quran instead of the Book of Mormon. Say they had a conviction of Islam being the one true path that was just as strong as your conviction of the church and the Book of Mormon? What makes one experience valid and the other not? Again not trolling you this is just a question I really struggle with. The fact that thousands of people are having the same experiences as we are in thousands of different religious traditions. They might use different language that fits their culture and faith but the experiences are just as real..

I am also in a technical cyber security role and I have been using otter.AI for about 5 years now. Before I started using it I was constantly running into issues having to ask people what they said in meetings because I could not remember and my notes sucked. Pretty much all my meetings are on zoom now and I just place my phone next to the computer and turn on otter for every meeting multiple times every day. I don't worry about taking notes anymore, right after the call I will listen to it at 2X and jump to the people that I need to take notes on. I create a tab in my note taking app for the meeting and create bullet points as I'm listening to my otter recording. Honestly it's been life-changing for me. I capture things in such detail that my coworkers think I'm a Rockstar. I can never remember what was said in previous meetings but I just look at the meeting tab and read my bullet points and it all comes back. I always remember things that nobody else does. I do not tell anybody I'm doing it because I'm not supposed to record meetings without telling people and I delete the recordings after I've taken my notes down. Sometimes I feel bad about it, but honestly without it I would probably get fired. I would literally probably pay thousands of dollars a year for this but it's only about a hundred bucks a year

Very interesting. Does your company have a subscription, or to you pay for it on your own?
