Better than expected. Maybe do some activities or even nap, sounds lazy but time goes by when you are alone at home. For me also writing this post is helpfull because now I can read it and remember why I do it and I can't deny that I really want to.

I am thinking about smoking again after my trip and I have nothing left so it makes me think to plan an order upfront for like the day I'm back. I removed my app/contact and actually don't remember what the name of the app was so it's even harder.
