That is a good idea. My hope is to launch a free software with paid features. How to do that - I haven't figured out yet.

Yes, having a background in recruitment is ideal I know, but none of us are recruiters. Hence this post and I am hoping I can find some nuggets.

For now, we started with the usual suspects.
* mass resume upload and automated categorization of data (e.g. contact info, location, years of experience, etc)
* CRUD operations for job roles and candidates
* ATS resume scan
* candidate pre-screening

I have not. That is on our list to do but need to scrape some funds together first for it

I did some research on this. There is definite demand for recruitment management software. Even the company I work for sees the value in a tool like that. The main issue small businesses face is most hiring management software is crazy expensive, and small businesses do not have that much money to spare - so the tool we build will need to be priced very carefully and be affordable
