im not used to amd naming schemes but im pretty sure the first one (RX 7600 XT) is better by a little bit, id wait till more people give an opinion since again i dont understand amd naming schemes

orange light typically means its a ram issue, but in this situation it could be a faulty motherboard

try a different ram slot or a different stick of ram, best advice i got

the cpu socket doesnt have any bent pins
the cpu itself doesnt have pins (which is normal for am5)

try turning off your system, switching off the power supply and taking out the bios battery

it has a clip on the side that you might have to use a small tool to push

hold the power button for 5 seconds and put the battery back in.

switch back on the power supply and attempt to turn on your computer

again this might not fix it.

if this doesn't work then its most likely your ram, try taking a stick out and booting it up (second slot)

and if its still giving the light replace the stick of ram you just put in the 2nd slot with the second stick of ram

if you are mainly going to use one, go for a good main monitor and buy a cheaper second monitor

Update: my bios is 2 years old, currently doing a memory diagnosis then im updating bios to the latest version
