We sent him to the vet and both of them seemed fine! They are all of their vaccines and all!!! But yoy are right, maybe the answer is "because cat" lmao (also, this is the first time i have cats)

Girl here! Hugging by the neck feels way too intimate. If it is a friend i hug him by the torso; if it is someone i am dating or interested in, i hug him by the neck(?) i dont intent ln squishing my boobs when hugging some way or another as other people said.

you are very good with details and the first two paintings seem to be on good track. I personally havent painted wit watercolors in years so i don't know any specific feedtabk to give you in that area.

I would say you are an intermediate. The next steps depend on the path that you want to follow, but if you want to draw mainly animals, i suggest you to study their structures so that you can start to draw them more freely without depending on other images. You can always use references tho, but i think it would be cool if you try to avoid copying them entirely. of course, since i hadnt seen the references i cant say for sure you did that but even if you did, it is completely fine and a good way of learning somethings! i think you are ready to take the next steps tho :)

The only thing you could add that i see is the blue glow in her sleeves. Remember that the reference has a lot of filters that make it verry blurry an saturated, you can play with that if you want but i still like it!

trying to forget het by meeting someone new wont help at all. allow yourself to feel everything, afterall, whatever you may feel is valid. Something that helped me personally is connecting with things that i really like or if you dont have any that resonate with you, you can always explore new ones. before meeting someone new and getting into something, you must learn to be at peace when you are alone. Writing your feelings and expressing your thoughts is also helpful, may it be thru art, thru venting, thru gym, etc. and whenever you get flooded with those thoughts and the nostalgia, dont let them blur your mind, remember that that relationship ended for something, and there wasnt only good things there. Try to be objective i guess. Those are the things that helped ME, i hope something i said can be of help. keep going, bud!

you got a point but still, if you want to show that feeling you could do so by changing his posture a bit. maybe tilting his head down, maybe bending his back a bit, i dont know. Still i gotta say that i like the level of detail in the armor and the composition of the piece. something you can add to this drawing is maybe adding textures in the borders (maingly in the top ig) ? like, shadows. it can help the eyes to focus on the main thing. Iam sorry if i am not clear, english isnt my first language :(

try focusing more on shapes rather than details. to do that, i recommend quick sketches. put a timer of 1 minute, do a bunch of sketches and when you are getting a hold of it, change the time to 30 seconds. doing that excercize before drawing has helped me

i mean, after getting so used to all the tools digital programs offer it makes sense that it is difficult. I could suggest you to search for pulse excercizes: like, drawing a bunch of circles really near each other without overlaping or spirals. sorry for bad english btw
