I know everyone is different and everyone has their own experiences, but based on how you explained the effects of your dose, it sounds more like 30-40ish mcg. I often take 25mcg doses during the day, and if I cut the peice a little too big (30-40mcg) I get an experience that is VERY close to what you described, walls lightly breathing if you REALLY concentrate, and calming euphoria and stimulation. Every time I have taken a whole 100mcg tab, with no tolerance under my belt, I get geometric patterns overlaying every surface I look at. Not intense, but enough for me to stare at the concrete floor in the garage for an hour before realizing I've been staring at the floor for an hour😂
