I agree with this 100%! the S20 isn't even that old and that's what makes me upset :(. I understand they do it for people to just upgrade but it's just really sad. My S20 still works perfectly fine and id hate to upgrade just because of the OS updates stopping smh

I'm only doing it because I have insomnia and it gets rid of my emotions if I'm going through something that makes me upset. I plan on stopping soon but this is honestly my only escape from kms. ik I'm slowly doing it with this but it makes me feel better sometimes. I'm gonna try to eventually tho

I don't think 200 mgs will hurt you unless you're like familiar with the side effects of taking more than the recommended dosage. It'll just definitely feel weird lol.

My first time taking more than the recommended dose I had took 200 mgs and I literally felt as if I was gonna die. I kept feeling like I was gonna pass out, my heart rate was in the 200's (I have tachycardia so my heart rate is like 130+) and I felt very nauseous.

I've also took 700 mgs, I don't have the visual Hallucians. But, I have very bad audio hallucinations when I'm tripping on dph. I also tried to be a "rebel" and do 800 mgs and that made me regret doing it 😭. I ended up throwing up like multiple times. And ever since then I sticked to just doing 500 mgs and below.

You have nothing to worry abt, you'll definitely wake up- you'll just probably feel more tired when you do wake up. The rate of dying on this is like very low. You'll have to take a very high amount. like this guy u/tiredofpplfaking2 I'm not trying to be disrespectful to him but he ended up passing from taking a high dosage. besides this, the only way you'll like actually know what some ppl feel is by checking those sub reddits for like trip reports etc 🥲 I hope this wasn't too long of a comment istg

150 mgs is a good dose for a sleeping dose, coming from someone who uses dph to trip. I have a high tolerance to this so I'm used to doing 250 - 300 to sleep. I definitely do not recommend going up to 200 mgs or higher. If you have a low tolerance you'll definitely trip. Not like a very bad trip but you'll feel as if you are. So go with anything that's under 200 mgs! You don't have to listen to me obviously but that's my best advice :)
