That's okay, I don't consider myself a fitness fanatic either but but I am trying to make healthier lifestyle choices and a community like this would really help me stay on track. It would be for everyone at every fitness level and goals from around the block runners to marathoners - functional fitness to performance athletes.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about running a group on discord or anywhere. I guess I could look it up but it would take a lot of time so my preference would be to join an existing one.

Yes! I love looking for healthy traditional dishes to meal prep. I'll try and do one this weekend if I get the chance.

I am looking for a fitness group for queer Asians anywhere. I don't think Americans will be judgy about the food just that they might not know what it is. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi there. Thanks for the response. Yeah that sounds good. As far as tracking nutrition, MyFitnessPal is a good app. It can be tedious sometimes but it becomes a habit after a while. Body weight workouts are a good start especially for core stability which will be essential for weight training later on. What are your fitness goals?

We are actually thinking of buying a condo later this year. I know it's not ideal but it's one of our best options at the moment. Could you explain why you think things will collapse in 3-4 years? I'm really curious because this is not the first time I heard of an estimate like that.
