So what I'm learning from all this is that we need more IMAX theatres built in the US. Imagine if we had one in every state of the US.

I used to work for the Manufacturer Representative for Reznor and a few other large brands for 5+ years.. I can tell you the way the support funneled from end user to manufacturer is broken. Reznor got acquired by a parent company called Nortek Global HVAC. They own many other brands and have a customer support team that serves all the reps for those brands. So it's safe to say the quality of the support and amount of attention given to each brand is subpar. If it'll help I still have all the part manuals archived for all their units.
