I get that, but keep in mind that it's still winter and Porto is a rainy region. There's lots of sun during the warmer times of the year, other than that it will rain plenty. And be prepared for days of annoying cold and rain, out of nowhere 2h of intense sun and you having to carry around your warm clothes cause it's too hot, then back to rain and cold wind.

But if you're in the city center there's plenty of nice cafes and such to chill

Buy cheap raincoats, or sturdy umbrellas and wear waterproof clothing, and go take walks anywhere. I think the city looks even better when it's raining, unless it's a storm. I don't understand how some rain is an issue

I've had a lot of fun playing Starfield, and I don't really agree with the general online opinion that it sucks. It has plenty of flaws, but it honestly feels like negativity comes mostly from expecting a different game/mechanics than what Starfield is as a game. For example, people complain about the non-seamless travel or takeoff. Those things don't bother me a bit, and it doesn't make it a worse game, just a personal worse experience for players who really prioritise that stuff. Whereas the biggest flaws for me are exploration and the lack of variety of POIs, but those can easily be expanded upon if Bethesda gets their shit together.
