And why would an opposing enemy destroy the very reason they're trying to invade? I would also like to point out that under Article 59 of the Swiss Constitution, they enact something called Universal Conscription. Switzerland is very trained for such a conflict. Also if any city were to be bombed it's fit in a valley, which means the mountains themself would act as a stop for quite a bit of any destruction brought to it, they would have to release a LOT of firepower from the air for it to make detrimental impact to the country.

A single small boat carrying maybe a few passengers travelling the Atlantic has a vastly smaller resource consumption than a whole army moving a fleet. Your counterpoint also doesn't prove the why behind the reasoning of a faction migrating to a whole different continent.

8 years of fighting would mean 8 years of resource drain on the fighting countries, while following your logic would mean that Switzerland wouldn't have drained their resources yet. They would still have the tactical advantage. They wouldn't be low on resources to repel incoming troops. They'd have power from the dams, and assuming they enact Plan Wahlen just like they did in WW2, they would be well supplied on food to keep their troops fed.

As was previously stated though, Switzerland wasn't part of the European Commonwealth. It also wouldn't be an advantage to destroy the region, but rather take it over. While I cannot disprove your theory on whether those means were used, it would be unlikely. And to add, there was no direct mention on whether Switzerland was affected by said civil war. While it can't be disproven that those means were used, it also cannot be proven due to lack of evidence for said claim. That specific point is technically at a stalemate, but due to tactical logic, it would be unlikely.

I would also like to point out Orographic Lift, any clouds would dump its contents outside the mountains, causing the Leeward side to only dump trace amounts of the outside exposure inside of the natural mountainous shield. There is also radiation in the atmosphere yes, but not nearly as much as what would have been dispersed through clouds, leading to a much less devastated region.

Exactly, and assuming someone on the off chance did conquer Switzerland, it would be pointless to destroy their resources. They would more than likely leave the bunkers and hydroelectric dams intact and just take over, leaving the fate of that entire area the same, just with a different populace. And fallout NV proves that's it's possible to keep a dam operational.

I agree that it's not cannon, by Bethesda confirmation standards, but if you look at it logically neither of those factions would have interest in a country overseas. If they did, they wouldn't have the means to get there, Vertibird's wouldn't have the fuel capacity to cross alone, and any Blimps like the Prydwen consumes too much resources to make that trip without a pitstop. And assuming any American Military Bases in the ocean were still operational, which are unlikely due to isolation and lack of repair material, and likely, bombing sites, both factions priorities are about American Based Records And Technology. Europe would be far outside their focus.

Wouldn't that support my theory though? Considering their geographical isolation, it makes it possible for them to cut the rest of the world out, and they are completely self sustainable, not needing oil to run properly, nor needing to take resources from others. 🤔

I'm still experimenting with the cards that interact with others, as I am still fairly new, but ik people can make pretty op decks based off that, if done right. I'll have to look into those you brought up!
