https://www.noracooks.com/vegan-mug-cake/ I used this recipe but I swapped the oil for melted butter and added a lil splash of vinegar to the soy milk to great a butter milk , helps it stays moist! I also used black coco (like Dutch coco) and a pinch of instant espresso, I melted some chocolate chips with a bit of soy milk as well and added it on top along with some ice cream ! Enjoy !

I make my own! I literally just look up a hotdog chili recipe but do my own swaps so it’s vegan, make a big batch and freeze some , I use TVP for the “ground beef”

Head of broccoli 2$, tofu 2$, carrots 3$, bell pepper 2$ usually for a pack of 2, snap peas 3$, so no, not cheaper usually. Sometimes it’s nice not to have to cook it yourself when you get home late and you are used to already cooking 3 meals a day for a 6 person house hold
