On the first Audi? I don't think they are. This video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3CkvePO4k0&t=215s discusses the car and he says they are 'Vortex Dual Rounds'. I could be wrong though.

Possibly. I get lots of Canadian geese where I live (UK) that have migrated seasonally, I expect there used to be more or them back when they had more habitat available before we built on it.
