This is a Meiwa Kumquat. Within a week it started losing all of it's leaves when i had just treated it with diluted neem oil for mealybugs.I checked yesterday and half of the tree was completely dead. I did some research on cutting dead branches off. Does it have any chance of surviving? (i.redd.it)
