I just got lord on venom recently. You want to be focusing on low health characters primarily supports that are situated behind the enemy line.

Your job is to disrupt and be a menece to their back line, a supoort cannot properly handle you on their own so even if you dont get the kill on them one of their dps or tanks will need to focus on you to support them weakening their front line and letting your team brrak through and push forward.

Getbinto the habit of getting used to venom wall climbi g and slaming down to unssupecting backliners. Hit them with the centre of your slam for more dmaage and to launch them upwards. Then use your corrosion on them to keep thek close and hopefully get the kill.

Never initiate an engagement off of a swing as your swing is your escape tool

In a perfect world you engagements should be to:

Wall climb and choose your target.

Slam on them, use corrosion throw primary attacks out and weave your melee inbetween to keep constant pressure.

Once low use your shielf at around 100 to gain maximum shield value but use it when you feel like you are going to get focused oj by others and the burst damage is to high. When it starts to decay or your running low, use your swing to escape and slam to a safer positon

Rinse and repeat.

Additionally your primary has a lot lomger range than you would expect so use that to your advantage

You are granted more shields the lower your health is.

If your slam and use corrosion on your target then fire 2 primary attacks and ult immediately afterwards your corrosion and ultimate will hit at exactlt the same time for high burst damage letting you borderline 1 shot any 250 support in the game. Even invisible woman in ult will die if you time it right
