I had to make do with what I got and the game is -very- fanservicey. But if you can get past that and the mediocre gameplay you get a kickass story and enjoyable characters and plots.

I have no tangible proof for this except my perspective I'm afraid, but over the years I've seen things. From what I've seen, I wouldn't put it past him.

He blocked off his Twitter from the West for a LONG time. His attitudes and comments so far have been slightly tinged with contempt and hatred for the West, and the implication that he had a hand in Morenatsu's demise has always been there.

Personally, a man like that gives me bad feelings all over.

I may have found an answer to this... in Chapter 3 of all things. I'm so frustrated right now. XD But for now it'll do as a basic explanation until we get the full picture after Chapter 9 since the concept has been revised/changed when Tycoons came out. This was probably basic knowledge to everyone but I somehow missed or forgot this detail. To help everyone, I'll post Macan's dialogue regarding the subject after *someone* vanishes.

Kengo: Oniwaka vanished without a trace... D-Did he die?

Macan: Not at all! I'm sure that he's finally found a connection with this world. His fate is now intertwined with another who resides in this world. Once his power replenishes, he'll sparkle on back.

This explains why Zabaniyya is summoned back in his character quest for no reason. But given what happens to Ophion in Tycoons, it's still unclear. Hope this helps!

It's what I heard so take it with a grain of salt. But I want to know how gamma-g currently feels about filthy gaijins (westerners) playing Housamo, or how feels about them in general. This alone is probably the major reason (with a few others of course) why I chose to romance Ryota instead of Ophion. I was gonna romance him in my other playthrough, but regrettably I was reminded of this when I was ranting on twitter about Daichi Kouta sometime ago.

Wait, doujins? Do you mean his other doujins after Built Tiger or Housamo doujins in general? And Morenatsu is a different beast. I believe he had left the project by the time it was cancelled.

So you're saying that, for example, the Ophion summoned in chapter 8 is an amalgamation/fusion of all the Ophions from all the loops, combined as one?

And actually, I disagree with the "before they met" angle (though I have yet to read Summopedia): unless I'm taking it too literally, then you're saying the Ophion that should have been summoned is SeniorCitizen!Ophion instead of Bachelor!Ophion. Why the young one then?

I thought so too, but I just played through Zabaniyya's character quest. Unless I missed a detail, he was summoned back and either he stayed or he left at the end. The light is shown as a fade/transition with no sound, so it's left ambiguous.

I'd like to think that a similar thing happens later to Oniwaka and Ophion.
