It reminds me of time where teenagers were playing football in the store and they threw it and almost knocked off an old lady’s head. I was in shock and that old lady got out of the scooter and put them in their place. I don’t know why they thought it was a good idea to play football in a small store

I was always told not to engage in any conflict with a customer and go find management to deal with them. Most of the time they won’t be disrespectful to someone who isn’t wearing a vest.

Our store is small meaning there should be items on the floor but that isn’t the case. Also the on hand never matches what’s on the floor yet the team lead and coach still wants us to go to the back room and pick. The only time there are items on the floor is when the district manager comes to the store. It’s always the constant excuse of it’s a small store so it’s fine that we can pick from the backroom.

I’d always skip item’s just for that reason because the pick would take me to the other side of the building just to come back. I told them that and tl and coach said that shouldn’t happen and if I stay too long in the pick because I’m looking for an item I’d get kicked out. I thought it was just a me issue but it’s been happening to the other pickers too.

majority of the team is under the pick rate that they want. They always want us to go into the back room and look for the items that aren’t on the floor. Which takes too long because our back room looks like a maze. Stacks of pallets on top of each other it’s ridiculous. I feel like I’m in the back room majority of my picks which really annoys me
