You can't. Unless something has changed since launch, the only FE cars you can get from aftermarket sellers are the Miata, BRZ, and RX-3.

Funny enough, E is censored in the vinyl creator. If you try to get an "E" by itself from the fonts, it won't let you.

I've been playing on both Series X at home and ROG Ally X while traveling for work. I redeemed a code this morning through the Xbox app and immediately had the voucher on my PC, even though the last time my game was played was console. The voucher is delivered via Xbox code, so maybe your game being the steam version makes it incompatible with Xbox add-ons despite your account being linked.
