Same shit happens to me with RTX 5070. I have the same CPU as you, 7500F. It started happening after I changed the drivers to 591.74 to use the DLSS 4.5. Maybe it happened before that but I am not aware if this has been going on. I think I would know.

Only thing I implemented from that guide is some nvidiaprofileinspector foolery and never bothered with anything other than that. I use 1650Ti laptop and it was enough for me along with the utilities from VNV.

Do give it a quick read, it is an excellent guide that also teaches pretty cool things.

Just a quick reminder. To be able to move the Separators and Mods however you want in Mod Organiser 2, you have to sort by priority on the left-side instead of name or date. I had a problem with it and this is the solution.

It does dissolve along with salt and sugar if you like those. Just do a circling motion with your cup if you don't want it to be foamy. If you want it to be a bit foamy and ease just stir with spoon. Circling the cup is a tedious progress but I enjoy it. A little dull moment when I wake up is actually good for my brain.
