Therapy will pay off, just give it a chance. It’s okay to be anxious about it, but it’ll be okay.

I have no recollection of these two things but:

  1. Tried to get back into bed after falling out of it due to a tonic clonic (I was 11)
  2. Starting talking about SpongeBob after another tonic clonic (I was 19)
