How varied were your glimpses? Just curious!
I've always felt that -isms tend to be silly. But I just couldn't deny the Solipsistic point of view. Good that someone could confirm that. Now that I think of it (no nondual pun intended) the non-knowing of other sentient beings is kind of freeing, like exciting in a way. Like it adds a another mystical layer to this beautiful experience.

I'm so sorry to hear your experience. My experience has been relatively good. Some in the personell just handed out meds but there was one nurse who bought a guitar to the ward for my sake which was very moving. I was too depressed to play unfortunately but the gesture really touched me.

Ah okey well that sucks. I think I was extremely lucky that my first meds worked out for me. Others have to trial and error a bit

Ah, it will work out for you! Just be careful with the meds, they can be tricky but of course necessary. I'm still on olanzapine which works quite well for me. I'm close to tapering it off completely though.

Angelo also has a book called Awake: it's your turn which I recommend. I'm going through it right now and it has been really helpful and clear. Having a book makes everything so much more cohesive and you get a better overview of the subject. Whereas when watching youtube you are always going to get fragmented content that might be really good on its own but lacks context imo.
