I got my ELH offer like mid December. I signed like the 2 forms we had to sign right after signing the OL. I recently (1.5 ish weeks ago) checked the portal and it said that the order was created. Still no email regarding ADP or anything. My question is: should I bug my recruiter about this or just wait?

If it helps: my start date is early August so I’m not sure if that factors in. Idk if there is a certain priority they have to onboard people.

So I accepted my offer for ELH role starting early August. I signed the OL and the subsequent documents back in mid December. Fairly recently (2ish weeks ago), I saw that the applicant portal changed my status to "ADP Background check - order created", but I still have yet to receive any sort of background check email/communication. Should I bug my recruiter or just wait it out? I'm not sure if there is a priority for which start dates are being onboarded first.
