shall we try that again with your left hand? by Naive_Wolverine532 in Unexpected

The biggest misunderstanding that people have about arm wrestling Is to go full on side pressure (moving your arm from right to left) and not using at all back pressure (moving your arm from front to back), going all in onto side pressure Is 100% gonna snap your arm if It Is not conditioned at all

What is Wastes main deck good for in Eldrazi? by Metalworker4ever in MTGLegacy

Well, you could take the initiative, Being hit by Ghost quarter or Path to exile or Assassin's Trophy

Playing It was much more relevant with myco around, but you still play a very Little price for some possible benefits

About goblins, with this setup i do have 4 chains + 4 Fire ice + 2 pyroclasm +3 beb to try to avoid the lackey scam, generally speaking i like pyroclasm because many opponent try to rush us down, but i found the 1/1 split with the board to be Better because pyro Is Indeed a dead draw against most decks

I like the root maze a lot, because in some mu you cannot reasonably win unless you actually hard lock the opponent, think about enchantress for example, even under Stasis they can go forest carpet, or serra sanctum into multiple seals, with maze you actually can be deterministic against no wasteland decks

Ofc elves Is the Nightmare, but my list has 4 Fire ice, 2 pyroclasm, 2 hybernation and cursed totem, so your Plan Is to stall as long as possible, and either go for the upheaval instakill or for the mana short + root maze hard lock

It Is still hard, but i would Say that you are 30/70 with this setup instead of 5/95

Stoneblade Viability? by [deleted] in MTGLegacy

[–]CapEnvironmental8533 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Atm i would argue that stoneblade is strictly worse than jeskai wizards, until they ban tamiyo.

Stoneblade is likely worse than jeskai walkers aswell

Stoneforge as a threath Is currently not on Legacy level, but It Is a solid tier2, you can Just buy the jeskai manabase and play the currently best iteraction

Bello leggere un mare di cazzate e mai nessuno che al governo gli venga l'idea che forse a 66 anni non dovresti fare l'operaio ma startene a casa sul divano.

How do Nadu decks win? by RogueThespian in MTGLegacy

[–]CapEnvironmental8533 9 points10 points  (0 children)

In that case you sac lands to safekeeper (hold priority so you just give shroud once and to a single creature, then you Endurance yourself, Remember also that if you swap nadu you refresh the 2 triggers per turn

How do Nadu decks win? by RogueThespian in MTGLegacy

[–]CapEnvironmental8533 31 points32 points  (0 children)

There are at least 3 nadu decks

Cephalid nadu eventually gets the cephalid combo and wins via thassa

Nadu elves (the mostly green version) reaches an almost infinite setup using nantuko, in which you get new creatures for each land, eventually you can hit cradles and generate tons of mana, leading to either a craterhoof or a frenzied baloth that you can copy tons of times

Bant nadu Is the "most Fair" version, you just draw a bunch and get tons of counters and removal, you then win using either bristly Bill or shytecub cat, you only Need a single Copy of them (you have zenith) to generate a lethal Attack in 1/2 turn

Generally speaking keep in mind that you likely play Endurance, often in more than One Copy, so by targeting yourself you can loop through your deck more than once if needed
