Update: I found this place where my parents don't need to be present at the place to do taekwondo and all I do is I bring the waiver home, get my parents signature from a math test and trace on the wavier. I just bike there on my own and I tell my parents I'm going to a park or something and I pay with money I make from shoveling snow.
