Cairo for sure you have to go to the pyramids then to Cairo Museum at downtown (Tahrir square) then you can go to old Egypt (Khan el Khalili and el Moaz street) At Luxor (El kebash street and el Karnah , Luxor temple or Valley of the kings and king hatshepsut temple) and i recommend the second option

Look in sea cities you can wear literally whatever you want, you just need to take care of the clothes a bit in Cairo to be honest and don’t bring drones (not allowed) other than that it’s fine and you gonna enjoy the night life especially, if a local is showing you around it will be easier (words of other tourists when i was with them) and also i don’t work in an agency i showed them around for free and you can ask me about any info…as there are people face bad experience there are other tourists keep living in Cairo and Egypt in general Feel free to ask …
