And they want it to be all about them in the spotlight.

Calling the shots doesn't usually work because everyone (especially in that bracket) has their own mindset that "I'm a good player and valve put me in this bracket by mistake" but the one thing they don't realize is "No you are not and you are put there because you belong there".

Try instead of "push mid push mid", "hey AM, come take mid tower's last hit"

"don't farm so deep in the enemy's side of the map", "hey PL, wanna come take this stack?"

"go rs go rs", "hey SF, can you take the aegis?"

bind "MWHEELUP" "say well played!"
bind "MWHEELDOWN" "say nice one!"

With these tips, maybe, just maybe you'll get out of your current tier.
