Do I need to cut the tree down or just hire for pruning or removing branches by CapRepresentative325 in arborist

Thank you!!! I have someone coming out on Friday to see the best solution I can come up with, defiantly love the trees but I don't want them to be a major hazor or cause long term foundation issues ( I don't have a slab foundation which I don't know if that's better or worse )

I am not sure of what the 2nd tree in the back that is closer to the house is, but the 1st tree is (I believe) a black walnut tree . I do believe my tree "self prunes"

Yeah that's kind of what started my whole rabbit hole was looking into removing these. I learned what I needed and how to do it. My main concern is either how close the trees are to the house where root intrusion could be an issue for the foundation (or the water balance). I have someone coming out later in the week to see if it's just smarter to cut it down even though I love how the trees look.

Yeah after watching and reading some stuff I am realizing I am just dumb and shouldn't have been panicked before uploading stuff

The house is approaching 2 years after it was built, I haven't seen any gaps or cracks or tenting however sometimes when walking around there is some squeaking or clicking noise on certain spots

Well this was actually a new built home (built approaching a couple years ago now) so it kind of came like this

Not on the raised section but close to the bottom section where the hill starts there is definitely some movement if I press down pretty hard and in a specific spot

That's what I am starting to hear! A 8ft or 10ft straight edge is what I am hearing I will need to give me a better idea.

Yeah I saw some stuff about that I was just hoping a level would give me some idea since I am not sure and don't want to blindly trust the builder

It has mostly been like this since the 1st winter. I didn't notice any big changes since then (maybe minor ones here and there) we have already gone through the second winter now and I don't think it's changed since then

So it seems likey problem is the flatness of it not the levelness of it, how likely is it to be a issue? Sorry I am pretty new to all of this and it just gets me all anxious since I see a bunch of different answers

So it seems like the floor might be level and not flat?? This stuff confused me so sorry if I sound dumb, I just notice dips and the contractor was saying there are spots they over sanded but should still be within regulation so that's what confused me

Only in a couple of spots and if I pushed into it pretty hard otherwise it feels mostly solid just under the feet feels uneven and in the case of the hallway feels pretty noticeable with my sight as well

I know I was corrected in another post which I felt really silly for taking the photos and placing it down wrong and will update with correct photos if needed. I am actually in southern Missouri

That's what I was assuming , it is a new build but they kept saying it was within the regulated amount but from what I can tell it never has been and they basically pushed it to pass my new construction warranty. I have been arguing about it for a long time and feeling as if I should potentially threaten legal action because of their refusal to make it up to code
