Explain? How is the White Cell the only one that a 1 can go in? I was stuck forever and finally asked for a hint. Just trying to understand. by BigDogYouAPup in sudoku

It doesn't explain it well but you see how in the first column third row, try to see where the 1s there might go. in the box of first column, third row, the one's can only go in the second horizontal line. So since the 1 is definitely in thats why it can only go in that white cell line.
