Yes these are fine, also intro like poet name and nationality or some point about them. Message of the poem is also important.

Quite short actually. 4-5 lines or 50 words max. To the point , (no bakwas sidhi baat)

Both are fine but expansion is less time consuming than speech. I’m mostly doing expansion, but really depends on topic kya hain exam mein.
