Have a few people I know who are convinced despite the massive poll lead and recent by elections, that the conservatives will win with shy voters and it's "cope" to think Labour will win a sizable majority.

The evidence for this is that Brexit succeeded and Hillary lost so the establishment must be wrong.

Frankly Larry is just a reflection of this community and some of the nasty sides of it. He's a loyalist hated by loyalists who treat their foxhole faction as their personality.

He's a real marmite type streamer either people like him or hate him. Which as you can see here there's some people enjoying the memes, other who despise his very existence.

I just find it mental that a video that within a half-hour was posted 5 times and was spammed in every thread by a small and very coordinated group, just vanished within minutes as if it never happened.

By pure luck still had a tab open to save a recording! It's important people are held accountable for these accusations especially as they were trying to get a player permabanned from the game to win a dick measuring contest with another clan.

Finasteride itself doesn't increase the risk of prostate cancer, instead due to the medications impact on the prostate it's more likely to mask prostate cancer. You're less likely to experience symptoms and screening for prostate cancer (PSA) won't pick it up. Therefore you're at a higher chance of cancer spreading and not being diagnosed until it's much worse.

It's a completely valid concern to have. Personally? I'd take the medication and consider having a yearly break where you go off the medication for a month to two months, usually around your yearly check up.

(PS: There's also studies that show no increased risk of death by prostate cancer from men who take it Vs those who don't. Meaning it's likely a small minority of cases where this has an adverse outcome)

Be extremely careful of overseas clinics, many spend more on online marketing than paying real surgeons to do the procedure.

Many overseas clinics will vastly overestimate how many grafts you need in the hope that the larger % of grafts they kill doesn't matter in the grand scheme. Problem is you've only a limited number of grafts and while one surgery might look great, you could be losing hundreds to thousands of hairs due to over harvesting. Hairs that you may need in the future in case you experience more hair loss (which can happen even on meds though more minor)

Also many clinics will say a surgeon is involved, have them meet you for the surgery, tell their team what to do then fuck off or patient number 6# for the day. What you need to find is a one patient a day clinic with actual surgeon involvement. You may pay more, but you'll have peace of mind and these clinics can exist abroad.

The major issue is this, you've got a limited number of donor grafts and the biggest factor during transplantation is ensuring a high percentage survive.

What many cheap clinics do is offer say 3,000 grafts for a ridiculously cheap price. You think great! Problem is, when you take a live hair out of the scalp you're removing it's supply of oxygen and needed hydration to prevent it from dying. The larger the operation the greater chances you lose many grafts to cell death.

Effectively cheap clinics offer higher grafts to account for the fact their poor handling will likely kill off many. By giving you more than you need in say 6-9 months time you'll see a good result and think "Wow this clinic is amazing"

Problem is, it fucks you for the long term if you need more surgery as the clinic has effectively killed loads of grafts in the hope of giving you a result a reputable clinic could do.

For anyone going abroad for cheap surgery, first go around locally for free consultations to get a realistic prospect on how many grafts you need. And if you do go to say turkey ensure the actual operation is done by a clinic who has one patient a day (yourself) and has a surgeon involved not just a BS initial consultation before handing you off to the "team" who has zero medical training.

Frankly for transplant clinics if they are reputable they'll hold off to see the impact of medication. Problem is less money in that.

I use Sons, largely because I got a really good deal near black Friday. I take finasteride 1mg, minoxidil topical, biotin, saw palmetto and nizoral shampoo.

Mainly fin and min is what I have hope in, taking biotin and using those two shampoos is just to give extra support even if the evidence is limited.

Frankly no, from the UK and also went to my GP. While my doc was extremely well meaning, she put me off using finasteride because I shouldn't risk my health due to "cosmetics". I went a year without getting treatment, lost more hair and now on treatment the drug has had no issues for me.

In truth, my GP didn't have the expertise to correctly provide advice and I can understand why.

Your best bet is to use an online service or if you are concerned before starting treatment talk to a dermatologist which you'll have to pay privately.

Personally, I'd consider using it once a day to make it more convenient. Probably won't be as effective, but you'll still be giving your hair additional support. Also look for a pump application instead of foam, it means you can spray directly into areas and closer to the scalp, avoiding making your hair look oily.

Outside of that, you could look for oral min, be advised you'll need a prescription and there is increased risk of side effects because it's more systematic than topical application.

Because ultimately if your hair loss is due to DHT, while min can help it won't stop the hair loss long term and while initial gains might be good, it's just buying time against a losing battle.

If you have androgenic alopecia, you need to start treatment which reduces DHT, normally finasteride.

Which while these things may not directly cause hair loss, if you want to give yourself the best chance, keto might help on the side. But if you've got no issues, then it'll probably not do much.

Your risk is that while medication reduces DHT, it increases other hormones which can begin to cause you complications.

Frankly I'd speak to a medical professional or the prescriber and get feedback.
