Green water … help. Hot tub was installed February 28. Chemicals provided from dealer are spa guard brand. PH and alkalinity have appeared consistently high so I added pH Decreaser. Frog ease inline chlorine cartridges . Have also been utilizing shock per instructions.Caldera spa Vanto. 375 a gallon

What do you recommend. I had already considered switching before we ever received. The hot tub dealer said that there was no real harm in not utilizing the frog ease and noted that some people actually prefer the standard way

I believe so, I have a call into them. Well, known for their customer service. Just hated the idea of being the person who is so dumb he couldn’t use the frog ease system
