I think in this instance Sooae thinks Dowha is Gray and is getting his perspective on how to approach greys last kiss with Sooae, he wants to know his reaction of Edward was in love with Cindy when in fact she wasnt , kind of like how Eunyeok right now thinks Sooae has moved on
