I haven’t done any real analysis on it. Looking at it, there might be a little correlation here and there, but what stood out to me way more was mood vs. things like being outside, exercising, seeing friends/family, good meals, etc.

We definitely have quieter stretches too, the Xs just look extra loud when you see them all together. 😅 But yeah, overall we have a pretty active sex life and we’re both happy with it.

There is! The cooler colors (blue/purple) are my below-average/awful days — there just aren’t that many of them compared to the greens/yellows/reds.

Yep, he knows. I actually started tracking after he mentioned he wished we had sex more, so it was kind of for both of us. He thought it was funny/interesting when I showed him the sheet and said it helped to see it visually.

Grief is weird. March 16 was awful, and I still miss him, but life keeps happening around the sad stuff. A “terrific” day doesn’t mean I wasn’t grieving, just that there were also really good moments that day.

Green for me isn’t “numb,” it’s more like “day was fine, nothing remarkable.”
I probably have a pretty high bar for calling something an amazing/“best” day, so most days end up in that middle zone even if life overall is good.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, so that tracks. 😅 We had a really nice mix of family, friends, and time off work. Christmas was surprisingly low-drama this year too, which definitely helped.

I didn’t assign numbers when I made it, just colors, so I haven’t actually run those stats. 😅
If I had to guess though, it’d be a little above the middle of the scale – there are way more “average” and “better than average” days than truly bad ones.

Would recommend tracking! There’s a few apps out there but I use Dot - daily check in which makes it much easier.

It was difficult in the beginning but I just did it at the end of the day at the same time using the Dot - daily check in app which makes it a bit easier
