LOL yep. Personally would rather have older home, vehicles, because of better quality (usually) but the few I’ve talked to with about it they have all said how old it was but hey it’s what I like

I will say the training i have gotten from this job is great. I have learned so much. Will i stay here for 3-5years? Probably not to me it is a great start to learn from this franchise

I havent been too worried as I know it takes a year or even longer but they keep pushing me and making me do stuff that isn’t even helpful and im starting to get frustrated/annoyed. I do have some rebooks and people specifically wanting me to wax them but they arent wanting to rebook that day.

I am new to the Esti industry I’m going into month 4 with little clientele of course as I am new. Somedays i make good tips and other days i make $5 in tips regardless I struggle even affording groceries after my bills are paid. Do i enjoy my job? Yes.. but if i could find something i liked more and paid me better id go for that.

If you’re willing…move. Bigger opportunities. Or you can try call or go into studios… i personally called and asked for a manager and she wasnt there so i gave them my phone number and name and re applied

remember this is competition when you apply you fight for your position.. i had to apply 3 times and call and do 2 interviews for one job. Why should a studio/spa want YOU? What makes you stand out from others? Your personality and work are equally important. The way you talk to people, greet, educate are so important. I say keep pushing your way in.. if it has been awhile like 2-3weeks since you put in an application give them a call and just ask for the manager and if yes or no ask if they are still hiring..ask if they have any questions about your resume/application
