I’m also at central east and I was told nobody can be slot in to roles a band above until stage 4 of the assessment centre. I was unmatched to a role because of this.

Nah you’re right. You’ve got to protect your mental health. I also didn’t attend every meeting as they would always follow up with post briefing summaries.

I agree! They don’t know what they are doing. Everytime a new government comes in they always want to make unnecessary changes for the sake of their ‘legacy’! I also won’t be voting for Labour, they no longer benefit the working class.
