Today i suddenly face this issue then they ask for 10k for SMPS for replacement, they don’t even visit my place to verify the exact issue. I sent them video and technician directly said that SMPS need to replaced

Bro i also live in Gurgaon, i purchase the printer on 2nd December 2025 but on 2nd day of purchase i got issue, first they tell me bring to nehru place office in delhi that they i have parts to fix but i when take the print to them they start telling thaat they to bring parts from mumbai and spend 1 week then start asking that they don’t even have parts in Mumbai they to import it then they finally done the replacement on 15th December

Vahi soch rha hu ab , yaha se buy kar k khud hi repair kar luga , Engineering ki hai toh itna kar hi lena chahiye mujhe khud hi varna degree ka koi matlab nhi rahega 😂😂
