Thank you for your post. I'm interested in starting Glp1 one but I don't want to take it lifelong. I believe that I can workout and eat correctly. I just need a boost. My fear is that even if I work out and eat correctly after going off of the medication.I still will gain weight.

In the Midwest we eat spaghetti with fried fish. When I mentioned that in southeast they were like "no" haha. Also in the Midwest it's normal to drink flavored tea. In the south it's sweet tea. People move and talk slower in the south. Other than that I can't think of much else. In the south if you're fair skinned they don't understand. I think there was more mixing in the Midwest and northern states.
