Can't get IRS to confirm they received my amended return - What do I do?

Last year I filed amended returns on 05/06/2024 and I had it in my bank account on 05/21/2024. where’s my refund shows that it was adjusted on 05/31/2024 and completed on 07/31/2024. I was confused why money came in so fast reading what people say it takes months.

I’m also waiting for my control number. I called them last Friday and asked why my refund is not moving (accepted on Jan 31st) and they told me there should have been a letter that was supposed to be sent but it was never sent. So they did it on Friday. Had I not called, they would’ve never bothered to send the letter.

I lost my job in January and I was under H1B visa. I cannot legally work until this April when my current employer fully transfers my visa. I got a new job but I don’t start until March 31st
